Dott 07 resides in The Robert Stephenson Centre (RSC), Sussex Street, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Robert Stephenson (1803 - 1859), an MP and North East entrepreneur, was one of the founding fathers of the railway age. Robert Stephenson designed and built the Rocket, the first passenger locomotive. The RSC is the original boiler and plate house where Robert Stephenson carried out a lot of his work.
